What is the difference between this and technical support?

Photoshop ASAP picks up where technical support leaves off. Technical support is a great way to learn how to use the software, but not how to achieve your desired effect. Photoshop ASAP teaches you which tools to use and how to use them to get the result you are after.

Is there a way to record the training?

Yes. If you would like, we can record our session with you for later playback. Taking notes while your hands are on the keyboard can be very difficult.

What if I need more than 30 minutes?

Most questions can be answered in 30 minutes and will only cost $19.95. If you need more time you can purchase an additional 30 minute block for $15. Unlike other forms of training, we work on your projects, so you can invoice for the time spent on training and possibly make a profit while you learn.

What are the system requirements for the internet meeting software?

The software uses Java, so all you have to do is make sure that Java is installed on your machine. The system requirements are fairly minimal and should not affect the performance of your machine. However, a faster internet connection may improve performance.
